NSFW policies, from the documents — not the rumors

The single most-asked question in this niche is "does app X allow NSFW?" — and the most-wrong answers come from old Reddit threads. This page is built from each platform's published policy as of our last check, bucketed plainly. Everything here is 18+ territory regardless of policy.

Verifiably allow NSFW (23)

• Candy AI — Official site references 'immersive, uncensored fantasy experiences'; interactions 'must comply with our Community Guidelines'. Subscriptions page lists 18+ image and video generation.
• CrushOn AI — Positions itself as an unfiltered/'no filter' NSFW AI character chat per secondary reviews (re-checked 2026-10-08); official policy page could not be fetched.
• Dondi.ai — Homepage advertises a 'fully private adult mode — no restrictions, no judgment' and 'Unlimited NSFW Photos & content'; help centre warns of mature themes and says content is fictional and not accessible where prohibited by law.
• DreamGF — Official homepage explicitly advertises AI sexting and 'naked photos on demand'
• FantasyGF — Explicitly marketed as 'Uncensored AI Chat, Voice, Image & Video'; Premium 'unlocks NSFW Content'. Pricing page links Blocked Content and Underage policies.
• Flirton.ai — Official FAQ: 'Flirton.ai allows adult content for users 18 and older', with strict policies against illegal content, minors and non-consensual scenarios; users must verify they are 18+. Pricing page lists 'Uncensored, no filters'.
• GirlfriendGPT — Explicitly markets itself as 'the leading platform for AI porn chat' with 'no filters, no timeouts'.
• Harpy Chat — Official Terms (updated March 30, 2026, operator 'harpy chat co., ltd.'): platform is for users 18+, and 'Sexually explicit content may not be made accessible to anyone under the age of 18'; prohibits sexual exploitation of minors, hate speech and content glorifying self-harm. Site has an SFW/mature toggle.
• Janitor AI — Official (Feb 4, 2026): the website uses lighter filtering than the apps; mobile defaults to Restricted Mode, and users can opt into Unrestricted Mode via web profile settings, which syncs content with web. Content guidelines restructured Feb 5, 2026. Age verification required for users in Brazil, Australia and the UK (June 15, 2026). Secondary sources describe NSFW roleplay as unfiltered once enabled.
• JOI AI — Official site has an 18+ age-confirmation modal, an 'NSFW content' show/hide toggle, explicit search suggestions, and markets an AI video generator for 'erotic AI videos'. A 'Celebrity' character filter also appears in the official UI.
• Kajiwoto AI — Official app labels datasets and products 'Contains NSFW' / 'This product may contain NSFW text' and offers 'Show NSFW' / 'Hide NSFW Datasets' filters. Third-party reviews say NSFW/ERP is gated behind the paid Plus tier; that gating is not confirmed officially.
• Kindroid — Official moderation guidelines (updated Oct 6, 2026) explicitly permit NSFW and erotic roleplay: 'We believe AI companions should be able to have the whole breadth of legal human adult experiences.' Red lines: self-harm, harm to others, CSAM. Kindroid Social (public posts) prohibits nudity/explicit sexual content.
• Kupid AI — Official site has a 'Spicy' style toggle, 'Hot Actions', a 'Spicy Chat AI' page, lingerie categories and a 2257 compliance link in the footer. Operator shown as CommerceCentral Services INC.
• LoveScape — Official: 'Lovescape is an adults-only AI entertainment website. Content and conversations are AI-generated and may contain pornographic materials. All characters are fictional.' Designed for users 18+ and clearly adult fictional characters. Operated by Warmtech Ltd, Limassol, Cyprus. Earlier 'zero censorship' and encryption/no-log/anonymous-payment claims not seen on homepage 2026-10-08.
• Muah AI — Official homepage title: 'Uncensored, Zero Censorship'; homepage warns 'NOT ALLOWED: Any child prompt = SUSPENSION!!!'. California-based per homepage.
• Nomi AI — Official site (re-checked 2026-10-08): 'Nomi is built on freedom of expression. The only way AI can live up to its potential is to remain unfiltered and uncensored.'
• OurDream AI — Adults only with 18+ confirmation. Official FAQ: strict rules against content with minors, 'This includes characters that look underage. Deepfakes and lookalikes of real people, including celebrities, are also banned.' Claims end-to-end encryption of chats. Operator: Dream Studio USA, Inc.
• PornPen AI — Explicit adult image generation is the core product. Official: 'deepfakes are not allowed here. We utilize AI filters to detect and remove illegal content'; image upload not allowed for inpainting; 2257 compliance page.
• Promptchan — The site still publishes an 'AI Porn Affiliate Program' guide linked from the homepage. As of 2026-10-08 the homepage copy no longer uses the earlier 'Hardcore XL' and 'no-filter' wording. The official Content Moderation Policy bans CSAM (including AI-generated), non-consensual deepfake/intimate imagery, bestiality and extreme graphic violence, with possible referral to law enforcement.
• Secrets AI — Official site markets explicitly adult chat ('fun and naughty conversations', 'Your Private Escape for Love Making', 'unfiltered pleasure'). Operated by Secret Labs Inc. (Dover, DE, USA).
• SpicyChat AI — Official docs position SpicyChat against 'content moderation and censorship'; FAQ: 'all "SFW" chatbots can engage in NSFW roleplay'; Conversation Images have an NSFW Mode allowing nude/explicit images. Community Guidelines require users and characters to be 18+ and prohibit underage content, non-consent, incest and all family/step-family roleplay, real-person likeness, and photorealistic pornographic imagery.
• SweetDream.ai — Adult-oriented by design — homepage advertises 'no limits, no filters', 'Uncensored Chat', 'NSFW AI chats'; Premium lists 'Generate Spicy Images & Videos'.
• Swipey — Official homepage: 'Swipey AI is built for adults 18+, with age checks, and it is uncensored for them across chat, images and video.' Blocked for everyone per the Terms: minors, real people without consent, non-consent, incest and bestiality. (Earlier third-party claims that explicit content is not allowed are contradicted by the official site.)

Partial / conditional (3)

• PepHop AI — Official Blocked Content Policy (re-checked 2026-10-08) prohibits explicit images/avatars ('overly revealing clothing, exposure of genitalia'), incest scenarios including step-relations, and real-person/celebrity images. NSFW text roleplay allowed per official FAQ ('We respect people's taste and fetishes', looser rules for drawn pictures, bans on sexualized minors, heavy gore, bestiality, sexual violence); FAQ wording not re-checked 2026-10-08 (loads client-side).
• Replika — Replika removed erotic roleplay in February–March 2023, then restored it only for accounts created before Feb 1, 2023 via a 'legacy' version toggle; stricter filters remained for newer accounts. Not re-checked against an official source 2026-10-08: the current homepage says it 'rebuilt Replika from the ground up' and does not state the adult-content stance.
• Romantic AI — Official site offers an optional adult mode: 'Turn on/off NSFW Option', 'NSFW Option Available', and Premium benefits 'Unlock romantic roleplay' and 'Unblurred spicy replies', alongside general emotional-support positioning.

Verifiably do NOT allow NSFW (3)

• Character.AI — NSFW/explicit content is not allowed; the platform filters pornographic and explicit material (Google Play rating: Teen). Since Nov 25, 2025, users under 18 can no longer use open-ended character chat (reported by Bloomberg and TechCrunch).
• Talkie AI — Official FAQ (re-checked 2026-10-08): 'Pornographic and violent content are prohibited as per our terms of service, but we aim to support a diverse range of character types within safe parameters.' Conversations are auto-filtered against regional laws.
• WeavAI — Official Terms describe the platform as an all-ages site ('本平台為全年齡向之網站') with automated filtering to enforce all-ages rules. Governing law: Taiwan (Republic of China).

Unconfirmed (4)

These platforms' published materials didn't let us verify a policy either way — so we say that, instead of guessing: Anima AI, HakkoAI, Secret Stars, SoulGen.

Three things "allows NSFW" doesn't tell you

• Free vs paid: on several platforms, explicit content is a paid unlock, not part of the free tier. On PureLove, our own product, adult text chat is free after signup; photos and voice run on free tokens.
• Text vs images: a platform can allow explicit chat but restrict explicit image generation, or vice versa.
• Policies move: this category has a history of platforms tightening policy abruptly. Our dates tell you when we last checked; the platform's own policy page is always the final word.
